OUTLOOK *

 Step One:  Open your email client

Open Outlook, and click on tools

 Step Two:  Click on accounts

Click on email accounts

 Step Three:  View or change account

Click On view or change account, then click next.

 Step Four:   Click on add

Click on add.

 Step Five:  Pick Pop account

Make sure there is a dot in pop3 account

 Step Six:  Enter your account infomation.

Enter you account infomation as shown below, make sure to use your domain name and email address, once done click on the advanced button.

 Step Seven: Check outgoing server

Make sure there is an check in my server requires authentication, then click ok and next. Once that is done your account should be setup correctly.

OUTLOOK EXPRESS *

 Step One:  Click on Toolst

Click on tools

 Step Two:  Click on accounts

Click on accounts

 Step Three: Add mail

Click on add, then pick mail

 Step Four: Display name

Please enter your display name, this name can be anything you like.

 Step Five: Add email address

Type in your email address

 Step Six: Server Names

Type in the servers names, using your domain as shown below. Once done click next.

 Step Seven: user name and password

Enter your user name and password, the user name needs to be the entire email address.

 Step Eight: Click Finish

Click Finish and you account should be setup correctly.

THUNDERBIRD *

 Step One: ClickTools

Click tools

 Step Two: Click Acount settings

Click account settings.

 Step Three: Add account

Click Add account.

 Step Four: Email account.

place a dot in email account, then click next.

 Step Five: Email address

type in your name and email address, then click next.

 Step Six: Server settings

Make sure there is a dot in pop account, then enter you pop and smtp server names. The server names would be mail.domain.com. Once done click next.

 Step Eight: Incoming user name

Type in your email address here email@domein.com, then click next.

 Step Eight: Account name

The account name should be the email address, if not change it to your email address. If this is already correct click next.

 Step Eight: Click Finish

Check over the account settings to make sure everything looks correct, click back to fix any errors you see. Once everything is correct click finish and your account should be all set up.

Entourage *

 Step One: ClickTools

Click tools then accounts.

 Step Two: Click On New

Click on New

 Step Three: Email address

Enter your email address here.

 Step Four: Configure account

Click on configure account.

 Step Five: Account settings.

Enter your account settings here name, email address, account id this will be your email address. For the incoming and outgoing server names, you will use mail.yoursite.com

 Step Six: Verify Settings

Click verify settings, if everything was entered correctly you should get an Ok message.

 Step Seven: Click Finish

Click finish and you account will be setup and ready to get email.
